2. Free Estimates & Proposals
All online or phone estimates are preliminary guidelines subject to formal in-person site measurement, soil inspection, subgrade verification, and written agreement signed by both parties. Formal proposals specify scope of work, rebar specifications, concrete psi mix, and payment milestones.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including project photography, brand graphics, text copy, and the J&J Casta Concrete LLC logo, is the proprietary property of J&J Casta Concrete LLC and protected by copyright law.
4. Limitation of Liability
J&J Casta Concrete LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. Actual concrete service warranties are strictly governed by our written construction contracts.
